Creating art to find peace and give back.

The idea for Meli and Rose all started during the pandemic. Like many, I had a lot of time on my hands with no commute but loads of space to panic and consider the future.

So I decided to make art.

Art to try to make sense of all the many ways the world was changing. Art to comment on all the ways our social systems are broken. Art to facilitate the complex business of (self)healing, (self)discovery, grief, and loss.

Meli and Rose was created to display and sell original artworks and prints I create and so I can support causes dear to my heart with a portion of proceeds from each purchase.
